Stellamaris Chinasa Duru — popularly known as SMD — is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chuchin Ultimate Productions Ltd. She is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, storyteller, and creative entrepreneur passionate about producing meaningful African stories that celebrate culture, family, and humanity.
Recognized across the Toronto and Brampton International Nollywood Film Festivals and NEMCEA — including wins for Best Producer and Best Actress, alongside nominations and selections for Sands of Time.
